After determining correct numbers; ABNI determined that salespersons compensation structure should be changed to share risk/reward with sales force. Compensation plan was designed, negotiated and implemented with ABNI assistance. New plan and financial results to the client will be monitored closely over the next six-months and a re-evaluation will be done.

  9. Profitable designing firm, owner went through bankruptcy about 7-8 years ago, needs a small line of credit with reasonable terms to cover cash pinches as they occur.
