outlets and eventually set-up U.S. manufacturing operations.

Took almost a year to complete the deal but, finally got it done!; ABNI
helped out with due diligence, structuring and negotiations of the deal.
- Division of a manufacturer with in-house salespeople has history of losing money since
inception; needs run-down on what's going on and whether or not it makes sense to continue
the divison or shut it down.
ABNI reviewed divisional financial statements and cash-flows and found
some information to be flawed. After determining correct numbers; ABNI determined that
salespersons compensation structure should be changed to share risk/reward with sales
force. Compensation plan was designed, negotiated and implemented with ABNI assistance.
New plan and financial results to the client will be monitored closely over the next
six-months and a re-evaluation will be done.
- Profitable designing firm, owner went through bankruptcy about 7-8 years ago, needs a
small line of credit with reasonable terms to cover cash pinches as they occur.
Line of credit with fair terms obtained from a local bank.
- Established lawn maintenance and landscape contractor needs a term loan for debt
consolidation and equipment purchases and working capital line of credit.
Loans obtained from a local bank.
- Specialty manufacturer needs more space to relocate/expand its operations.
Additional space and more favorable terms were negotiated with lessor at
its existing location; relocation was not necessary.
- Veterinarian practice with two locations for sale; take-over (owner wanted to retire).
Partner brought in, retirement buy-out negotiated.
- Very profitable manufacturer - highly leveraged deal.
Sale completed for $28M (seller retained some equity).
- Vending Company - looking to acquire more vending routes

available. Need funds to refinance mortgages (approx $ 260K) NBV of real estate is $ 384K;
FMV is higher.
