Back to Contents Ellegate & Rizzo CPA's, P.C. is a New York State Professional Corporation that engages in the practice of Certified Public Accountancy, full-scope tax planning and compliance, bookkeeping, computer software consulting, general business consulting and personal financial planning. Our specific services include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Financial Statement attestation (compilation, reviews and audits).

Individual, corporate (S & C Corporations, LLC, consolidated), partnership (GP, LP, LLP, PTP), fiduciary, estate & gift, not for profit, payroll, sales and gross receipts tax compliance and planning.

International and multi-state tax planning and compliance (specializing with Canadian in-bound entities and individuals).

Accounting, financial management and tax related computer software consulting, set-up and implementation.

Debt and/or equity financing, restructuring or workouts (ie. bankruptcy) for both individuals or entities

General business planning including assistance with preparation of business plans and proposals, business acquisition/disposition structuring and related due diligence, ownership and entity structuring, compensation/fringe benefit structuring, family business succession planning.

Business cash flow planning; budgeting; equipment expenditures.

Strategic business planning including analysis/quantification of specific or proposed transactions.

Business valuation/acquisition/disposition structuring and related due diligence, ownership and entity structuring.

Consulting in regard to buy/sell agreements; shareholder's, partnership, joint-venture agreements; practice continuation agreements.

Back to Contents Our firm consists of two partners (formerly employed by Big 6 accounting firms) and three staff persons (a CPA and a CPA candidate and a tax specialist). We also have relationships with various colleagues (personal financial planning, investments, insurance and computer services) who provide us with their services on a per diem basis.
