Contractor is privately owned C Corporation with one shareholder; who is active in the business. The owner is willing to remain on for a reasonable period of time in order to facilitate a smooth transition of the business to the new owner(s).

The business is being offered to a qualified buyer(s) for $875,000. The selling price represents the current fair market value of the equipment and goodwill of the business as illustrated in the Financial Summary. Further, the selling price represents approximately 4 times Contractor's average pre-tax income (over the past four years) plus its excess current assets.
